Helideck monitoring
Knowing the roll, pitch and heave motions of the helideck is critical to decide if it is safe to use the helideck for landing and take-off of helicopters. The NORSUB MRU can be placed on or close to the helideck to get the most accurate motion data for the landing zone.
The Marine MRU is ideal for helideck applications with its reliable and high performance in irregular motions that are experienced at sea.
The NORSUB MRU has both ethernet and serial communication interfaces, and several industry standard protocols are available for easy interface to the helideck monitoring system. A custom protocol can also be made if needed for interfacing to the helideck monitoring system.
